The hotel itself looks just like the pictures, nicely decorated. The rooms are spacious and look really good. All have a wonderful balcony. A stones throw away from the beach.There is no staff elevator. During my stay I was constantly waiting on the elevator to come to my floor, only to find it completely full with housekeeping carts. Yet there are two staircases! why are there not small carts located on each floor, this way it won't bother the guests. The coffee at breakfast was not included in the price. I find this ridiculous, as coffee is incredibly cheap, and should be part of any breakfast. besides this, the breakfast buffet selection was quite odd. My previously average score was dropped significantly by a terrible check out procedure. Staff mentioned that they were two teaspoons missing from the room. Obviously we wouldn't go out of our way to steal two ****** spoons yet this was quite the issue for this hotel. After being forced back to the room to fully unpack in-front of the staff it was clear we didn't take the spoons yet staff refused to give us back our passports until they figured things out with housekeeping. This is not hospitality. And it was really obvious from the beginning that housekeeping took the spoons to clean.
