Excellent property. we stayed to be near Tu Hein Pagoda/temple. Short walk to the temple and taxi stand. Quiet neighborhood. The owners were great and helped us several times with transportation. The room was first rate and breakfast was simple and well done (like we like it). And excellent coffee!

We booked this property about 10 minutes before arriving and the owners were very accommodating to flex to our short notice! This is actually a modern family home, cleverly designed to allow private room suites, and our room was large, super clean, with plenty of storage, stylish & modern decor, and a super comfy bed with great linens. We had a private balcony overlooking the pool and access to a shared but "zen-like" balcony overlooking neighbouring private homes. One of us had a broken ankle and the owners were quick to support with lugging baggage up the stairs, and organising drinks and meals into our room so we could focus on resting - we hugely appreciated the "over and above" service and support and the off street secure parking area to store our motorcycles.

Beds comfortable and for coffee lovers try out the home roasted coffee beans freshly brewed. If you're interested in history, it's reasonably close to the tombs and some beautiful gardens.Room had a kettle but no cups, and only one glass.

The room was fantastic as were Kha and Ny, nothing was too much trouble and Kha organised anything we needed. The room was very comfortable and bigger than expected. It is a bit of a trek from town but easy to get there by scooter or taxi. Overall it really was excellent.Nothing.
