The location and leaving.VERY VERY HARD BED! COLD SHOWER! SLOWEST WIFI IN 10 years of traveling! BROKEN LOCKER! No info given about hotel policies, checkout time, wifi password, or info about what to see/do. They ask for passport and payment, that’s it. Family of rats frequented the outdoor “terrace” Rough/scratchy towel. Barely functioning air conditioning and one small oscillating fan to share between 8 people! One poorly ventilated bathroom to share between 8 people unless you want to walk down two flights of stairs to use the bathroom next to reception. No real common space so people are forced to socialize in the room. The light next to most of the beds was hanging out of the wall dangling by its wires and has the screw still in it but not screwed to wall. Constant loud construction outside everyday starting early! If you only care about being next to the beach, stay here! If you remotely care about comfort, stay elsewhere!

When I arrived, Hana looked at me with puzzlement then smiled and said ‘you were my first customer when we opened!’. How’s that for memory huh, it was 2 years ago and I loved my stay so much that I booked in again this time!
