Comfy and staff were friendly.
The staff were very attentive and always offered us drinks while we waited in the lobby. We were allowed to check-in an hour early and the room was nice and clean. The afternoon tea was a nice touch, albeit not a lot of options. Breakfast was OK - fewer western options, but was fine.There was a weird smell in the corridor of our floor. Since there's only lift in the building, we took the stairs one a number of occasions as it was taking a while to reach our floor. The bathroom was tiny and the door didn't close properly.
