Good value esp the food.

Exceptional

Our stay at Halina Hotel was great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is very good , lots of variety also at breakfast including asian couisine and local foods .From the pool the view is very nice, especially at night.

The staff was super nice and helpful, especially My My. Great girl! The food was good, the location also good, too bad the weather was not what we hoped.The smell on the hallways

Wonderful

1.) Staff is very good and helpful. They comes to ask your plan and try to support you. We forget our belonging at the hotel after check out, but they manage to send it to us at the airport just in time before flight. 2.) Location is good. It is not to far from beach and you still be able to find a convinience store around the hotel.1.) We can hear a little sound from the next room at night. 2.) Breakfast is good, but it needs more choice for international style. 3.) Sauna is opened with a specific 2 periods in a day. Guest has to plan their usage to the that time accordingly.

Our visit was comfortable and we felt very much looked after as a family of five.

Annie at reception was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. We mentioned pho on check in and at breakfast she found us and made sure we got some :) She also helped with transport and places to go. Nothing was too much trouble! Pineapple tea on check in was lovely too.The room had some parts that were flaking. In no way did that affect our stay.
