Great staff

Ryan the manager and all his staff were absolutely wonderful and we connected with them in an inclusive and friendly manner. They are a great credit to the hotel.The squeaky bed

Exceptional

The staff are wonderful, a group of young professionals; courteous and eager to help. I stayed for 3 nights and had dinner in the restaurant and the food was good and I enjoyed the restaurants atomosphere, hotel restaurants usually get a bad rep but not this one.

Everything. This boutique hotel is exceptional. The staff were truly amazing, so helpful and will do everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The beds were comfy, rooms clean with complimentary tea, ciffee + water. The breakfast was amazing with a wide choice of hot dishes, fresh fruit + cakes, bread etc. The drinks + food in the restaurant were reasonably priced and delicious. You definitely need to chose this hotel, you will receive exceptional service and will be looked after. Definitely our best stay in Vietnam and we will definitely go back.Nothing
