Disappointing
House keeping did a good job.Our room on check in wasn't ready.we had 2 deluxe rooms booked but the receptionist told us that the next room would be given at 4.00pm but later after we insisted she then quickly assigned a room.also there wasn't enough staff to man the reception at all times.i think they need a lot of improvement in terms of service.

Great clean hotel in Da Nang
We stayed for 2 nights at this lovely hotel. The staff were very welcoming and the facilities were excellent - pool, gym. It was ideal location for the beach and other local sights including The Dragon Bridge! The girls on the desk recommended a mid price range seafood restaurant which was such a great experience! We selected our fish that we then ate. Da Nang is going under a lot of construction but in a few years it will be very cosmopolitan.We liked it all.
