Location maybe.Beds are hard and pillows are like bricks. The towels were so old with such big holes that my kids put their head through and used them as capes. Breakfast so so. Pool looked dirty. Plus a pushy bell boy who wanted his name in the review.

There is nothing like it. They put us in an annex room.The breakfast used to be good but is very poor now. Someone will tell you more about this. I am very disappointed as I had expected the breakfast would be as good as usual

The room was not close what they have advertised and the bed was so hard,it was not comfortable at all.Nothing

Breakfast.Air conditioning broken moved to different room and broken air conditioning as well. Rooms were ok but looks better in photo, staff was ok 50/50 friendly at times and not friendly other times also out dated rooms

convenience of the location. easy to access the shopping belt.The rooms offered were not as per photos on booking.com. we have to pay more to get the rooms as photos on booking.com. This is shortchanging the user! Half the ceiling lights in the room were not working. The bedside lamps on the wall are not working. The water shower has no pressure at all! The toilet drainage was clogged! There were no floor towels when requested. There were no face towels when requested. we literally have to use our bath towels to prevent the water from flowing out of the toilet into the room!! There is only one electric socket in the room and you have to pull out your bedside table to access it! The next day, after they discovered what we had done to prevent the flooding, miraculously, the floor and face towel appeared! There were no shampoo and after pestering them for a long time, the shampoo came....
