- In case of no-show, 100% room rate and tax will be charged.

- Late check-out is subject to room availability
- 12:00 to 17:00 check-out: 50% room rate surcharge
- After 17:00 check-out: 100% room rate surcharge

Schönes Hotel, gute Lage, nettes Personal
Das Zimmer war schön, wir waren ganz oben in der achten Etage. Der Balkon ist allerdings nur die kleine Feuerleiter draußen. Das Frühstück war die ersten Morgen super, in Form eines Buffets. Am letzten Morgen war anstelle eines Buffets jedoch nur ein a la carte Frühstück, was sehr mau ausfiel. Die Massagen dort sind sehr angenehm! Die Lage ist wirklich toll und das Personal war zu jeder zur extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können das Hotel empfehlen.Dass das Frühstück plötzlich reduziert wurde von Buffet aus a la carte. Wir hatten zwar über Booking.com bereits die Zahlung angewiesen, vor Ort wurde jedoch gesagt, dass wir noch zahlen müssen. Nun wurde doppelt abgebucht und sowas ärgert uns immer sehr. Sie waren aber super zuvorkommend und meinten, sie geben die zweite Zahlung direkt wieder frei.

Good service, superb location !
Nhân viên Bellman rất nhiệt tình và năng nổ. Bạn gì trẻ trẻ làm ca chiều và quay sang làm ca sáng luôn. Tôi đánh giá cao bạn đó. Rất tiếc không kịp biết tên bạn đó. Nhân viên phục vụ bữa sáng cũng rất nhanh nhẹn và nhiệt tình. to be continue your service !Giá hơi cao trong thời gian tôi đặt.
