The staff is incredible, they're thoughtful and friendly. The room was big enough and also the bathroom. Everything was clean. It's near the city center and they rent motorcycles. I recommend this place.

Staff were very nice and very helpful with everything we needed. Rented cheap bike for a day with them easily and they organised bike and luggage transfer for us to hoi an no problem. Sleeping arrangement was good and bathrooms were clean.

Sam was great to deal with and the hostel was clean and in a fantastic location.

This is one of the most friendly hostel I have come. The location is perfect ( near center) The room is spacious and clean The staff is really friendly ( like the name of hostel :v). They show me useful information about delicious foods and beatiful sights in Hue Really good value for money.Can not stay here longer

The place is very valuable for your money, clean and tidy, the aircon worked very well. The owner was very kind and generous to us. He let us use his washing machine for free and he even hung up the laundry for us without our asking when we returned late after the day trip. We got very surprised with the service. Ah no, it was not service, it was his kindness and warm hospitality. Throughout our stay, we felt like he was our friend, our brother. We definitely come back and recommend this hostel to everyone.The hot water in our room was quite weak but it was enough and not a problem due to the hot weather in Hue
