The room and beds are clean. Owner Sam was very helpful and booked the transportation for our day tour and airport.2nd floor room is directly above the reception area. A bit nosy in the nights when travellers were drinking and chatting in the late evening. However, we met a lot of different nationalities travellers.

It's located really close to all the pubs and the markets, also the river and the Imperial Citadel. The bed was hard but good. Light for reading next to bed. Breakfast was ok. Bread and jam with coffee or omelette or noodles. The people Who work There are always at Your service for whatever you may need.

I was only able to stay at friendly house for one night, but it was a brilliant night and I’d definitely stay there again! The owner, Sam, is so welcoming and friendly. He wasn’t there when I arrived, but he made sure he cane up to welcome me, and ask if I’d like to join family dinner (which was absolutely delicious, and vegetarian). Breakfast was basic but yummy, and I rented a bike from the hostel for cheap as well. As a solo traveller, I found it really easy to meet new people there. Amazing hostel.

The staff was very friendly! They helped us for everything we need.

Nice place near the river and Dragon bridge. Lots of restaurants and night market around. Place for change money across the street. Big room , daily cleaned, if you want. Very nice staff, helpful, good English. Big choice of daily trips. Laundry possibility.Bread for breakfast not good. Baguette would be better choice.
