Anh chủ thân thiện, phòng ốc sạch sẽ, rộng rãi. Lần sau có dịp đến Huế nhất định vẫn chọn Friendly House Hostel.

ok location. quiet room.felt like we were treated like bags of dollars and not people. not honest concern from landlord. breakfast was bad. just plane omelete and sth they called pancake. no bread no fruit no jam nothing more. no water in the room. fridge smell like mould.

1. Staff can speak English. 2. You can rent the bike for cheaper price at the hostel. 3. 500m away from Big C where you can buy your groceries and have a good meal in the food court.1. The bed was uncomfortable 2. He gave the breakfast just for the sake of giving something which wasn't good. 3. There wasn't even a hand wash in the washroom. 4. No towel, body wash or shampoo. This was sadly mentioned in the booking policies. 5. Poor WiFi in the room.

Enjoyed the TV with Netflix, bed was comfy, good air conditioning. Very thankful we were allowed to check in early after arriving off the night bus from ninh binh!Extremely loud at night time, would be quiet-ish until about midnight and then loud music and people shouting. Guests storming up and down stairs all night, very frustrating when you just want sleep. Room could have been cleaner. No duvet.

Very nice and helpful staff. Place was cosy and our room even had a cute balcony. Staff recommended tips to our next stop and helped us book our transportation to our next city:).Beds were a little hard but other than that every was good.
