Everything was fine.Lot of stairs

They have the most amazing staff and the family dinner was great! Rooms are good too, beds have curtsins and bathroom is clean. The hostel is located very close to the city center ad well.Everything was perfect

Great little hostel! Very sociable and super easy to meet people. They put on a family dinner if you sign up which I would definitely recommend. Their staff are great and will help you out with anything you need. Comfy beds with curtains, sockets and lights. Breakfast included and very close to a bunch of restaurants etc n.Nothing

The staff were phenomenonal, going above and beyond for the guests! They provided free Vietnamese lessons each day and had a nice, tasty family dinner if you wanted to stay in and meet people. We also did the free motorbike tour, where we drove along with a local to visit some secret local spots around Hué (you rent your own scooter and drove with them). Beds were comfortable and had curtains for privacy, with a personal light and plugs. Big lockers in the room were great. Area downstairs was nice to hang out and talk to other travelers. Nice location, not far from shops/restaurants and located down a small alley/road so not too noisy at night. They helped us rent scooters at a good price and also arranged a one way motorbike trip to Da Nang with our bags being sent on a bus separately so we didn't have to ride with them (it was to do the Hai Van Pass), it was expensive to do this but a nice trip. (Although I would recommend you just rent a scooter in Da Nang and do the Pass and back in one day). We got great value for money here...and would highly recommend this hostel!Bathrooms were basic and the floor was usually wet from the showers. A.C. wasn't on all the time so it got hot in the rooms.

Best staff and best food, never felt as welcomed on my whole trip ( I am from Germany btw not Thailand...).
