If you don't get hot water, there will probably be a fuse-like switch outside the bathroom-block to turn on the heater which might be turned off to save energy. You get a good view across Da Nang. The Hotel is in a nice spot to visit loads of cafés and tea-shops or - if that's why your in Da Nang - go to the private Hoan My hospital. Otherwise Da Nang is a little big and you need some walking endurance.Breakfast was ok, but didn't seem too fresh, staff didn't speak englisch, but it was enough to order scrambled egg (you choose between scrambled or fried). The windows are only one layer and ours didn't quite fit into the frame so it always sounded like an open window next to a busy street. But that's no big deal. Shower, toilet and sink were in different spots so washing your hands after the toilet was a little more complicated and the shampoo, shower gel and other stuff was not in reach from the shower but two doors apart. Still a good room though :) Clean enough and everything was functioning
