Vì một chai nước khiến kỳ nghỉ của tôi kết thúc tồi tệ!
Thành thực mà nói, lúc nhận phòng và trong quá trình lưu trú tôi vẫn cảm thấy rất tốt. Phòng hơi nhỏ so với bình thường nhưng được cái sạch sẽ, khu vực cũng yên tĩnh.Mọi việc không vui tại thời điểm trả phòng: bạn lễ tân check phòng và thông báo "phòng chị đã sử dụng 1 chai nước suối 1.5L và sẽ phải thanh toán cho nó". Vấn đề là mình không hề sử dụng chai nước đó! Thậm chí mình còn không từng mở mini bar để xem vì mình không uống nước lạnh, và mỗi ngày khách sạn có cung cấp 2 chai nước miễn phí, thậm chí mình còn mang theo chai nước mua bên ngoài về và dùng chưa hết! Đáng nói là bạn lễ tân thậm chí không có ý định check lại với người sắp xếp mini bar mà rất khẳng định yêu cầu mình thanh toán cho chai nước đó. Chi phí cho một chai nước hoàn toàn không đáng để cho mình phải trang cãi nhiều, nên mình đã thanh toán, nhưng điều đó khiến cho tôi cảm thấy cả kỳ nghỉ vui vẻ trước đó trở nên rất tệ!
