Friendly and welcoming staff. They arranged tickets and transfer to Ba Na Hills. Our spacious room had a great view over the city and river. We didn't use the pool, but it did look nice! Great breakfast selection.

We deliberately chose to stay within the heart of Danang City Centre as opposed to the beach area, and chanced upon Fivitel Boutique. The hotel is conveniently located to many restaurants nearby, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Airport is about 15 minutes drive away. Breakfast is decent (not mind-blowing), with a variety of options to choose from. We were also given a room with the view of Danang’s Dragon River Bridge.Generally some features of the hotel is a bit old, however I do note that the room I stayed in was clean. However the walls are really thin; it might affect your sleep at night (my neighbours were loud on some of the nights I was there and I had to pound the wall for them to quiet down). Also, there is a school / community centre / event outside near the hotel so they play loud music which may also reach you.

They let us check in way earlier, upgraded us for free and the stuff was really friendly and supportive! But the best was the breakfast it had everything. Like really. Rooms are modern and clean. There are several cafes right next to the hotels location and food is also in walking distance.
