The room was clean and comfortable. The host was very nice and gave us all the information we needed to get around and places to visit. The breakfast was good and freshly made.Our double room was on the 3rd floor at the top Of the building. Luckily before we went out it started to rain and the noise hitting the roof would have kept us up all night as the roof was effectively the ceiling in our room! So before we went out they kindly changed our room for the night. If however a room wasn’t available it would have been a huge issue and not worth the money. I’m not sure how the owner could rectify the problem, maybe lower the price just for the top rooms over rainy season or put some sound proofing in?? Other then this we had a good stay and the owner and her family were very accommodating.

Really really clean and sorted guesthouse. Nice big room. Comfiest bed have had for 3 weeks in vietnam. Kettle in room if you wanted to make own tea(bring your own bags). Breakfast was good. Organised a really good city tour for us and a cheap taxi to the airport Really close to an excellent local food restaurant and well located generally for staying in Hue. Lovely kind and welcoming family.The bread with breakfast was a bit wierd and very chewy.

Everything was perfect. Room, balcony, localization. Very helpfull Staff (including Mrs. Eva.).

The host was really nice and she speaks very decent english. She was very helful. The room was very nice and bed was super comfy. Breakfast was delicious as well!The only thing we didn’t like was that the property is locked for night, and we didn’t have the key. There was an open window and we had to wake up the landlord to open us.

Top level management, the boss was very kind with her staff and the travelers. Good advises, amazing breakfast and clean room.Nothing :)
