The staff is very helpful and friendly. The location is great. Easy walk to the beach and great places to eat and drink. The room is simple but comfy bed. Only complaint was the balcony was very small. But it’s still great deal!

Staff are lovely and helpful and the location is good as it is close to the beach and easy to access the airport and Ba Na Hills. I also liked that they had bikes to borrow and cycled easily to the Marble mountains about 20 mins out of town.The air-con unit was temperamental and also very loud.

Kept flickering when on. Gave me a headache. Kinda wish that was checked and sorted out before I was checked into the room though, to avoid constant need to move rooms. Staff ensured I was moved to a better room that night though. Which was greatly appreciated. •Cleanliness could have been a bit better, especially with the toilets.

Essenza is a clean, comfortable and friendly hotel. I was particularly impressed by the value for money of this property and am planning to return shortly.

The staff were happy and smiling which is always welcoming. The cleaning ladies were very sweet (perhaps buy them a vacuum cleaner for 2020, as brooms are so old school and take longer to do the job) 🙂 The Wi-Fi worked well. The breakfast was quick to arrive and simple. Great location close enough the beachfront (a short walking distance) You can have your laundry done right next door and there is a minimart across the road.The only recommendation I have is to put a hook on the back of the bathroom door/s to hang your clothes on and a rack/shelve in all the shower/s to place the shower gel and shampoo bottles. Older/less able-bodied guests might struggle with having to bend down and pick it them up off the shower floor for every application.
