Exceptional
The staff at Essenza Hotel we so helpful and friendly. They have us recommendations about where to go and what to do in Da Nang. They all spoke very good English. The owner was also regularly at the hotel, and he was always so kind and helpful with us. We very much appreciated everything about this hotel. It was about 10 min walk from the beach and the staff helped us rent out a motorbike, so it took us less than that to get to the beach. The location is great, so close to restaurants and cafés and of course, the beach. The room was clean and stylishly decorated. I would definitely go back there!

Exceptional
The breakfast was nice, a good variety and cooked to order. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The messages were great and good value.We didnt have a window in our room. Although this did make sleeping through the night a dream as we had no natural light to wake us up!
