- In case of no-show, 100% room rate and tax will be charged.
- Early Bird\/Long Stay\/Last Min\/Package Rates are Non - changeable & Non - refundable

- Late check-out is subject to room availability
- 12:00 to 17:00 check-out: 50% room rate surcharge
- After 17:00 check-out: 100% room rate surcharge

Good basic hotel at a perfect location.
The location was absolutely perfect. Great and very helpfull staff. Large room and comfy beds. Very good breakfast. Great restaurant on the second floor.The swimming pool was ok, but mostly used by children. The corridors outside our hotelroom were very noisy. Our airco didn't work several times, so at last we moved to another room.

Very good choice of hotels in Hue. Would stay here again.
Rooms are spacious & clean. Maybe the best shower in Vietnam! Pool is clean & great for a dip after a day's sightseeing. Construction works nearby but didn't hear any noise. Mattress is very firm in the Vietnamese style but still comfortable. Breakfast is a buffet with multiple western & Asian choices.It's a 10-15 minute walk to the centre of town. Or a very cheap ride in a taxi or Grab. laundry is a little expensive by Vietnam standards but there is a lady down the lane 100m just past the Viettel building that does your laundry & returns same day for 15k VND per kg.
