Địa điểm thuận tiện, phòng ốc khá đẹp và quang cảnh đẹp.Nhân viên khá cứng nhắc khi hỏi về việc đăng kí người dùng buffet, khi yêu cầu phải cung cấp thêm CCCD/CMND của người đi ăn cùng. Cảm thấy không hài lòng về cách phục vụ như vậy, mặc dù nhân viên ca sau đã hỗ trợ tốt, nhưng trãi nghiệm ban đầu vậy không gây thiện cảm tốt cho khách lưu trú.

Zimmer war sehr gross und sehr gut eingerichtet ! Das Hotel vom Eingangsbereich sehr einladend und weiträumig sowie sehr gut und sehr gut ausgestattet. Frühstücksbereich ebenfalls sehr gut, gut gegliedert und freundliches Personal - gutes Angebot !keine Mängel oder Abstriche zu verzeichnen
