Kỳ nghỉ Tốt. Khách sạn auki, cần cải thiện tí NV Lễ Tân và bảo vệ.
Mình làm mảng dịch vụ nên yêu cầu NV cao không nhỉ, áo tắm ksan loan màu, đòi bổi thường 400k, thật ra con mình ko mặc màu đó mà bị đánh tráo. Đã giải thích nhân viên nhưng vẫn không được. Khi ông xã yêu cầu gặp quản lý thì mới chịu 'thôi ko sao'.Bảo vệ không chủ động, Khách sạn 4* nhưng sắp xếp xe không chu đáo, giờ cao điểm lấy xe ra.
