Location.No restaurant 😕

1. Their breakfast was really delicious and they tried to vary the choices daily. I love the taste of their pork stew as well. 2. The location was great which is right infront of the beach. They also have 2 swimming pools. 3. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We could sleep the whole day.1. Their customer service wasn't that efficient. I have been sending them messages through Booking.com and sent them an email as well, I got no response. Maybe because at that time, the reservation can be cancelled for free. They only responded to me the day when my reservation will no longer be refunded. They're not helpful. 2. Unclean room: Someone went inside our room and changed the towels, but the trash bag was still in there. They just left a new trash bag but with some trash inside the bathroom. Maybe they forgot to take it with them. When we got inside the room, it was smelly as well. The curtains have black stains on them. 3. Clogged sink: The faucet and the switch to drain the water from the sink didn't work so we had to call their maintenance crew. 4. Dirty chairs.

the beds were really comfy, the staff were really helpful and the location is perfect.we got the family room which has a kitchen but doesn’t come with any supplies (no plates, silverware, knives, etc)

New property with modern integrated AC unit system in room. Family two bedrooms confortable. Good situation in town with 2 pools and front beach. 5 stars breakfast buffet and very pleasant staffs.we didn’t receive the room I booked on booking.com. Room description is false. Photos and space weren’t what I booked on the website. The « very large » family room 80m2 with king bed doesn’t exist. We tried to discuss with management but finally we understood the offer on Booking.com was just false. Don’t book the biggest family room it’s just doesn’t exist. I was very upset and Reception staff didn’t give any explanation for this inconvenience. It’s the first time I had such a situation and I regret it.

Great view from room.Hairdryer was spoilt but was replaced immediately. Side bed lights were not working. They should have made sure all was in working condition before guests checked in.
