Excellent
The staff are all wonderful and were a great help to me during my stay. The location was great, especially for our stay during TET as there were places still open in close proximity.I enjoyed being at Cosmos however I was disappointed that I was not told that to get to the pool you would have to climb stairs. It may not seem like much but I was on crutches due to an accident and was treating myself to a few nights in a hotel with a pool so I wouldn’t be too jealous of my friends adventures. The beds creaked but were comfy.

Very Good
We were welcomed by reception and due to no pick up been arranged as requested from the airport we were given room 1205 on the top floor. Really nice spacious room.Main issue was that no price list was provided for the mini bar and as we had used the water which was in the fridge we got charged when we left. A price list should be next to the mini bar so it is obvious that there are charges. The mattress on the bed was very squeaky meaning every little movement it squeaked. It was however really comfortable. Lack of light above the shower 1 more light would make a big difference. Wardrobe doors bang when opened against the door frames on the bathroom and external doors these need door stoppers fitting to the doors or the door frames.

Very Good
The staff where lovely and a very clean hotel.The lack of English and there motorbikes are very poor and not been serviced ,there is little sound proofing and would not recommend wheel chair as no access to pool and the sloop is far to steep the breakfast is a hit or miss depending on time and day
