breakfast is not inclusive in th eroom rate but breakfast at next door is super. Location is very convinient which is 10 minutes walk to beach and besides there many seafoods reataurant nearby. I would choose the same hotel if I visit Danang again.No. Probably they could mention that they could also arrange for the tour around Danang so we do not need to book seperately with other trave; agent.

All good. clean and tidy, very nice and friendly staff.A little bit difficult to communicate with the staff due to language barriers. But nonetheless they were trying to help as good as possible

Friendly, helpful and professional staff. Great location, near the beach. Brand new recently renovated, every thing is sparkling clean. I had a single room, small but practical with everything I needed, nice bathroom, shower, fridge, good quality linens and towels, closet. And... an elevator, usually have to take stairs in Vietnam. I inquired about an older review that said the AC was dirty.. it was clean.. nothing was dirty at all. I’m also thankful that since I have allergies and am sensitive to laundry detergents, they even did an extra rinse on my sheets for me. Very kind to go out of their way to do this.. loved the place, highly recommended. FYI, local coffee shop downstairs, not over priced, and Vegan and Vegetarian Restaurants near by.

Great Hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was quite good, a short walk from the beach and a number of pubs and restaurants around. Room was small but quite nice, very comfortable bed.
