The staff was extremely helpful.The air conditioner was rather loud.

My partner and I travelled with his mom around Vietnam, and we must say nowhere was quite like Hue. It was a beautiful city, filled with colourful culture, and the people were nothing short of amazing (always with a smile on their faces). The staff was so helpful/accomodating and cheerful! The staff helped organise a day tour to the tombs, imperial city, and river boat for us. The car and driver that drove us around was excellent. The hotel was clean and location was spot on - close to lots of side vendors/restaurants/activities. My partner's mom wants to take her husband back to Hue at some point next year because the service and city was just that beautiful!The fact that we didn't get to stay a little longer.

Great location, clean and comfortable. Good view from the balcony and the room is a good size.The room was on the 9th floor, One under the restaurant, which was fine until the cleaners went into the restaurant at 5.30am each day. Could hear the moving of chairs/tables through the roof. the pool is very small, but cooling!

The staff here are incredibly welcoming and extremely helpful - we felt very relaxed and taken care of from the start of our stay. The hotel is clean and modern and the rooms are spacious. We used the small gym a couple of times and it was perfectly adequate for our needs. The breakfast was brilliant and real value for money - we ate ourselves silly and Larry the supervisor looked after us superbly. All in all a real gem.Nothing really! I would say you probably won’t bother with the pool, it’s tiny and in a sort of back yard! But given it wasn’t so warm outside anyway we wouldn’t have wanted to use it
