Exceptional
La ubicación es perfecta. Está muy cerca de la zona del parque y del río. Es personal es muy atento. La habítacion era muy amplia y cómoda, al llegar tienes agua y fruta fresca y,hasta un portátil a tu disposición. Nuestra habitación tenía terraza y disponíamos de muy buenas vistas. El desayuno es muy completo y variado con buenas vistas en las plantas superiores. Sin duda repetiriamos.Todo estaba perfecto. No hay ningún aspecto negativo que resaltar

Dojem z hotelu pokazila jim doporučená doprava
Hotel blízko centra, ochotný personál.Na cestu z Hue do Hoi An nám hotel nabídl zajištění přepravy minibusem od hotelu k většímu autobusu. Očekávali jsme, že pokud tuto cestu zajišťuje 4 hvězdičkový hotel, tak i úroveň přepravy bude tomu odpovídat. Přijel však starý rozhrkaný minibus s potrhaným a špinavým čalouněním, který neměl ani prostory pro zavazadla, takže ta byla navršena na sedačkách. Minibus sbíral pasažéry po hostelech, čemuž odpovídala i úroveň některých cestujících (zápach). Vrcholem byl velký autobus (spací na 3,5 hodinovou cestu!?). Autobus byl úplně opotřebovaný, vymetal vedlejší nezpevněné silnice, ačkoliv mezi městy vede slušná silnice. To byl náš nejhorší zážitek z Vietnamu. Hotel by si měl uvědomit komu a co doporučuje.
