Great staff, family atmosphere. Really helpful staff helped us with a tour and saved us $ booking a train. Room was clean, the Internet was fast, shower was hot and good water pressure. We stayed all over Vietnam and the Breakfast were the best - everything made fresh and to order at no additional charge. All of the juices were fresh squeezed there. There was an issue with the elevator and they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. It's a little more inconvenient to stay across the causeway but well worth the 5 minute walk over the crossway. We stayed at another hotel in the city at double the price and it was dirty and falling apart. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The location is within walking distance to the main part of town and the Imperial City. The breakfasts are great with many options. The staff are very helpful speak good english and let us check-in early. There is a great view of the river from the 5th floor. You can rent mopeds directly from here. The bed was comfortable and the room is clean. We extended our stay 2 extra nights we liked it so much.The bathroom was a little small, but we chose to keep the room with a smaller bathroom so that we had a balcony.

when i first arrived they had cut up fresh fruit ; very nice gesture.Also gave fresh fruit at breakfast. English spoken well.No elevator but easy to walk up stairs and they carry your luggage for u.

Super friendly staff, nice and clean room with a good shower and great bed. The location is perfect, just a short walk across the bridge to reach the old town. Definitely recommend it!
