My first night in Hue I stayed at another hostel, I didn't like that hostel so I searched online for a new place to spent my second night. I ended up booking a room in the Charming Hotel and didn't regret it for one second. Never had such an amazing experience at an hotel before. The staff was extremely friendly and welcomed me with fresh fruit and a glass of juice. They asked me about my time in Vietnam and helped me book a tour for the next day. Also recommended the best banh mi and massage I've had so far. The rooms are very comfortable and the location is great, next to the river and only a few minutes away from the shops/ city centre.

We got an upgrade to a room with balcony because it was available! And we came a day later because my partner got sick and they changed our reservation without any extra fees. Thank you!!

The staff was great! They were all very helpful, they booked the bus for us but you can ask them anything. The breakfast was great (banana pancakes with chocolate were super!!) And the position is really good too.The bedroom was not very clean, the sheets were dirty and the floor was full of little ants, but meybe were just unlucky because they put much efforts in everything they do to make their guests happy

We are from Maldives !!! Everything was perfect during our stay. Friendly and very helpful staff. “ Tien “ this beautiful lady helped us a lot. She is like the BIG BOSS !! Booking the car and boats to see the ancient places. Her recommendations were beyond my expectation. She has good knowledge about the city and she will guide you through. Unfortunately we couldn’t visit all the places . I recommend this place if you are planing to stay in HUE for few days. You need to stay at least 3 days cause there is a lot to do and look around.We dint notice anything bad, for us everything was perfect.

- Great location - Really helpful staff - Comfortable beds - Big rooms.- Had ants in our first room, but were moved immediately and staff were very apologetic - Aircon had a temperamental funny smell and wasn't very strong
