Fantastic location. Great river views. Spacious rooms. Staff lovely but not always around.A bit tired. The ‘gym’ consists of 1 running machine, 2 ab gangnam style chairs (look it up!), 3 random weights, and some shake-yer-booty machine. Better to think there is no gym. Children’s swimming lessons take place every afternoon just when you might want a drink around the pool after a day out - oh, sorry, no poolside service: I had to go to reception. Also, my can of Huda beer was 53,000 whereas I was paying 15,000 in local cafes absolute maximum. Don’t mind a mark up but 250% is a bit rich! (Excuse the pun).

Location was great with a brilliant view from riverside rooms, reception was very helpful and efficient.cleaners talk very loudly and we could hear them from inside our room when they cleaned other rooms (this is a common problem in most hotels in the world). There is a nightclub close to the hotel which could be heard from the city side rooms.

Very good location, helpful and tentative staffs.The facilities are outdated. Like coming back to the 1990s (but not in a good way).

The location is excellent; right on the river and next to the tourist- walking street area. The staff were very friendly and helpful.Sound-proofing of the rooms wasn't good.
