Everything. Hotel staff were great, the hotel is clean and modern and deserves to be full all of the time. Its just off the main road down a small but clean resedential alley so no noise . We slept wonderfully. There are 6 english t.v. channels should you want an early night. Just around the corner was walking street with lots of excellent restaurants , bars, and k.marts for anything you might need. Madam tues had authentic vietnamese food and opposite was a french restaurant should you want something cheap but good quality western food. Sinh bus tourist office is also here so easy to catch sleeper/ bus for onward travel. We are not early risers on holiday but they made us breakfast what ever time we got up. Also let us take it to our room which was a luxury. The owner gave us lots of info and directions to places of interest. Its about 15 minute walk to market, and imperial city. Despite the 2 negatives above we would definately go back and cannot recomend this place enough. The price of the rooms do not reflect the quality .I would have liked another extra socket in room for charging my phone, but i unplugged the lamp so wasn't really an issue. Would have liked free daily water for brushing teeth as water is not clean. Normally this is accepted as the norm in all hotels, and we shouldn't have to buy it. Breakfast for westeners could have more variation. Suggest, yoghurts and cereals.

The owner of the hotel was welcoming us when we arrived and he is such a nice guy and his english was perfect. He escorted us to the room to make sure is everything is okay and we are happy with the room. He is put is heard it to it, someone how knows, how to run a business knows how much is this mean and you could feel this all way through. The room and the hotel was clean. We had to take off our shoes when we arrived just like in our home, had a family feeling just like at home. The atmosphere was phenomenal. Thank you! The breakfast was great well worth to book it. We were with bikes and when we left got some apple for the journey. What a great experiences. I never forget this. The hosts were fantastic! Very welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure you had everything you needed. We had help sorting a tour, doing laundry, finding restaurants and airport transfers! Couldn’t ask for more!!Everything was good value for money however, the bed was a little hard but most in Vietnam seem to be!

Excellent location, super good value, super kind owner. You don’t have to make any plan in advance. Just take the advice of the owner. He could arrange everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay there, and would like to express our sincere gratitude again for their great service.None
