Nice stay

It was a nice room and very clean. Right in the centre of the tourist area.

Very comfortable stay with super helpful staff!

Super warm and friendly staff who greeted us with a smile and gave us very helpful tips for exploring the surrounding area. We rented a scooter from them and enjoyed delicious breakfast in the mornings. Location is amazing, right in the heart of the action yet surprisingly quiet at night. Helped book our bus to Phong Na. 24/7 reception and security. Great value, would recommend!Our towels and sheets were clean but had some stains on them. Not the end of the world.

Very Good

The staff was amazing, really nice, the location was also perfect, nice breakfast.We had some issues with the ants in our room, but the staff did everything to correct it. They cleaned the room and also changed the bed lines.

Very comfortably

The staff were very friendly and helpful. One of them can speak Japanese. It is easy for me to communicate them. If I had a chance to go to Hue, I would stay in this hotel.The wifi connection is sometimes unstable.
