Perfect location
+ Location is perfect just in the city center + Nice staff. Helped us with the luggage and to book a flight to Hanoi. Furthermore, with the incheck process they showed us a map with all the highlights of Hue. Just a good price-quality hotel, nothing fancy but just good.- They did not tell us that we had to turn on a switch for hot water. So our first shower was a cold one. But as we told them, and they would hang a paper with the instructions.

Exceptional
Staff were extremely friendly, helped us to get a car to the airport and scooter for the day. As well they smile every time you walk in and are happy to help in absolutely anyway they can. The location is perfect hidden away in a little street so it’s not loud in the hostel! Beds are comfortable and room was spacious.
