The girl was very kind and helped us organized the tour in Hue. She also let us change and refresh after our night in the sleeper bus even if it wasn't time to check in.

Clean and well located - lots of restaurants and eateries nearby. A 25 minute walk across the river to the citadel. Friendly staff and room was as described.There was some noise from a building site over the road which is not the properties fault and presumably won’t go on forever, but it did wake us up fairly early.

Very good location Clean enough.The hostel offers scooters, daytours, etc. When we were trying to organize our trip we send them mails and they reply only once. So we were waiting to organize everything there. Finally, we booked a private car for 3,5 hours and we told them the two spots that we wanted to visit. We visited both in 1,5 hour and when we asked to the driver to take us to another attractiom because it was too early he disagreed. So we paid for 2 more hours that we never used!!!

We had a great time at the Bon Ami Hostel! The people working at the hostel are the nicest. Thanks again for everything :).

The staff are absolutely wonderful - they made us feel so welcome and we loved our stay at Bon Ami :) Breakfast was lovely and it's a great location for exploring Hue. Tours / bikes / other services all offered too at reasonable prices - highly recommend :).Fridge could have been a little cleaner :)
