Staff were lovely, really good location, close to get to everything but just out of it enough to avoid lots of noise.The room was very small

The staff are the best thing about this place! They are so nice and friendly, they’re always willing to give recommendations of places to go and eat, happy to organise onward travel. When we told them we were sick they offered to go to the pharmacy if we needed. Whatever you need is not too much trouble. Good shower, AC and WiFi. They even bring you cold tea when you’re chilling out in the public areas without you asking. If you have any complaints they go out of their way to solve it, and seem genuinely concerned that you are unhappy.The place could do with some new bedsheets which were stained, I thought they were dirty at first but they’re just old. It’s quite basic and not as nice as the photos but for the price, you can’t really complain. Our double bed was two single mattresses pushed together but we asked to change and the second bed was much comfier. Breakfast finishes a little early for our preference, maybe we’re just lazy! There were noisy building works next door which start very early morning, the staff apologised for this and it’s obviously out of their control!

Really helpful hosts, we arrived not knowing how we were going to get to Hoi An after, they provided all of the options and in the end we went with the bus for £10, great value. Amazing breakfast, we had banana pancakes, and we were offered more once we had finished - how could we refuse they were delicious! Location is very central in Hue and a map is provided with the key areas and info. Room was very clean, and the bed was so comfortable!!!There is construction going on next door. The host was very apologetic but to be honest we didn’t really notice it, it’s not that bad at all!

If I might recommend to repair water drain in the shower, that the pool will not be created after shower longer than 2 minutes..We loved everything! Location is great and everything you need is easy to reach. The staff gave us great recommendation for restaurants and street food, we especially enjoyed banh mi near post office. The hostel was able to accommodate us as early as at 11 am, after the whole night on the train. We have greatly appreciated that. You can rent scooter from the hostel and enjoy the time outside of Hue. Breakfast was rather small portion, but tasty.

The staff are very friendly and helpful.. They help us with a tour, a hire car and laundry. The driver that they hire for us is very polite, driving carefully, great car, english speaking and helpful. The laundry finished very quick and satisfied.The day tour that they was satisfying just need longer time in Citadel
