Good
- bathroom and bed were clean and comfortable - it smelled nice - there is an elevator - airconditioning was good.- There was a small salamander and a baby cockroach in our room which we saw once - the kettle/water cooker was dusty - no bike rental options - unable to help book transportation to Hoi An

Very Good
- bed was comfortable, big bathroom - we could rent a scooter.- wifi was bad - staff didn't speak English, very difficult to communicate - we arrived early in the morning with a sleeper bus but they wouldn't let us check in until the afternoon even though it seemed to us that several rooms would have been free (lots of keys at the reception). but they let us use a bathroom and gave us a big room so maybe they actually didn't have a free room who knows.
