Location was good, close to my Khe Beach.Everything. Unfortunately we had a very unpleasant stay. Our room had a strange and very unpleasant smell from the start however we just assumed it was nothing and the room looked good for the price. However, on the first night we had a large cockroach in our room which we had to catch and throw out the room - which isn’t unusual for Vietnam so we wasn’t overly bothered by this. What made our stay go downhill from there is that on the second night we discovered the room had a cockroach infestation. We had another cockroach which we could not catch and as we moved furniture around we found a large amount of cockroach faeces. After doing research we realised, the faeces along with the unpleasant smell and cockroaches proved there was an infestation. We explained this to the staff and expressed how we did not want to stay in a room with an infestation especially when we know we have not caught the cockroach we had seen earlier. They had a look themselves and basically told us they can’t see it so it mustn’t be there. We then pointed out the smell and faeces yet they still said there were no other available rooms. We found this very UNaccommodating! My partner looked online on booking.com to find there WAS rooms available. We showed them this and they still didn’t seem to want to move us. It was so bad that I went to the hotel next door to see if they had availability, which they did. We told them we had decided to check out that night as it was already late in the evening and we were not happy to sleep in the room. It took for us to say that for them to finally offer another room... which turned out to be next door! We looked under the bed in our old room whilst moving our stuff as we saw they had done this when checking, and noticed they had some sort of deterrent under there meaning they knew fully well that room (ROOM509) was infested. Our new room we were given did not have these deterrents under the bed.

Location was ok. They killed a cockroach for us.Staff couldn’t have been less accommodating if they tried, also could smile more. Sheets were unclean, bathroom was unclean, massive cobwebs all over the ceiling. Would not recommend.

Location and friendly staffs.Room was run down, air-cond not cool enough, Tap water smell of rusty. Bath shower rosehead choke. Upon checking, the hotel card payment system didn't work and insist I go ATM to withdraw cash to pay them. Photos on the hotel are old room no longer have a sea view as many high buildings have been constructed in front and back of the hotel.

Good shower with warm water. Good value for money.Bed sheets had stains (they were washed though)

Cheap and near the beach, scooter rental,.Big mold spot in the bathroom, the door was rotten in the bottom corner. The room was dirty, full of dust, the bedding sheets had a big dirty stain. ventilation in the bathroom didn't work.
