The owner helped us organise a trip to Ba Na Hills Good location.Shower was cold The property advertised "breakfast included" but when we arrived, they told us they weren't doing breakfast because of covid. They were unwilling to adjust the price for us, but ended up giving us 50,000 dong back, which didn't seem enough as we then had to buy breakfast at the airport.

Place is very clean and comfortable and location is very good (next to Dragon Bridge and night market). The staff is so kind and friendly. They let us check in very early and let us sleep in different room while waiting our room to be ready. Even if all of them didn't speak English we could communicate with translator. They gave us tips for places to see and things to do. The atmosphere here was just very nice. Could definitely stay again.If you take the cheapest room (3 beds) your bathroom is in the corridor not in the room. That didn't bother us but we just realised it once we came.

The best stay we had in 22 days around Vietnam, from Saigon - Hue - Hoi An - Da Nang - Saigon. We booked the triple room with a bit of hesitance because the rate is low and not much photos. It was a bit hard to find a room or unit with 3 separate single beds in Da Nang (we're 3 guys, we have a problem with sharing beds) so I gambled. We arrived, good impression as it is in a great location, stone-throw away from the head-side of the dragon bridge which lights at night, I know bec I've been here in July, and at the back of the boulevard, so literally half minute walk to the river, plenty of restaurants, night market, clean modern side of the city. We arrived early and were immediately greeted and accommodated. The triple room is surprisingly beyond our expectation, the photos online do not give justice to the actual place. The size of the 3 single beds are semi-double beds each with own curtains for semi privacy which I really like. The bedsheets are immaculate white, duvet (not fleece blanket). Aircondition works great. Sofa seating outside the room, with throw pillows, coffee table, water heater for coffee/tea, nice paintings, mirror, wash basins, complete bathroom kits, the bathroom was super clean, with towels. It is family owned and run, lovely family, real Vietnamese hospitality. Nice breakfast. As our flight was too early in the morning but the lovely mom woke up early to make vietnamese drip coffee, tea and sent us our packed breakfast. They made us feel like there is no trouble, small or big, for their guests. Extemely recommended!There's nothing to dislike about Benzen Boutique Stay. We loved our stay.
