The location is superb! Right on the walking street and close to everything. The hotel is easy to find and the lobby area is very nice.The noise! Our first room was right by the elevator, so there were loud chatters beginning shortly before 7am from families waiting outside. They moved us to another room on the 9th floor for the second night, but deafening construction noises and banging started promptly at 8am right above us. It sounds like someone knocking on your doors incessantly. The best part is at 9:10am, the cleaners showed up at our door asking if they can come in and clean our room! The staff was very apologetic but if they really cared about theor guests, they should not rent rooms by the elevator or the 9th floor up during construction.

Room very clean and spacious and has windows with great view of the city and the street. The front street was closed at night to allow walking only. At night the street was full of people and fun activities. There were many bars and and live music performance on street or open cafe. The area is lively at night but close early too, around 11 and the street was empty. They have good breakfast too with many good Hue dishes.Location is quite far from the center but since we rented a motorbike it's not a bid deal. The price is quite high but at the same time you get what you paid for. Pretty much there is nothing to dislike about this hotel. I only wish to have time and stay one more night here to visit more places in Hue.

Stay in the center of pedestrial street, its so convinient to reach every bar and pub.

I appreciate that receptionist handle my problem so quick. The location so convenient to move to landscapes. Parking is comfortable and the staff are friendly n enthusiastic.I want a smart television can connect with wifi.
