The staff is perfect. The room is clean and very comfy.Breakfast is fairly good.Location is ok , the restaurant, mini mart and spa massage is fully around.The sauna and top roof pool is excellent which make you relaxing.Quite noisy from the traffic -car blown horn+construction noise-which is normal in Vietnam.

After we got a bad experience from the first day trip in Hoi An, we found out that the best part of this trip is this hotel. It console us from the bad feeling. Warm welcome by the staffs. Great facility in the room, comfy bed, comfortable environment. No weird or dusty smell. The breakfast is fine. Welcome gift cookies are very cute and tasty. Goodbye postcard makes us feel very pleased. Money paid off.nothing

Well, we had a pleasant 6 nights there. All staffs without exception were very welcoming and the big point is Always with a smile. Hotel is situated in a nice location and close to all facilities at door steps like, resto, mini mart and My Khe Beach is within 4-5mins walk. Great breakfast(Buffet International) For breakfast also all staffs were just too good,and Mr Eric the Restaurant Manager is very helpful and Pro. Thanks to all, being like this, we can only recomend you guys.. We had a marvelous stay and we will be back..Only Negative point is the communication to hôtel via Booking. I had to contact Aria Hotel via messenger for a room change.. Otherwise it's 👍

The room was big and super comfortable. The breakfast buffet was generous and tasty. It feels like everything is new. The sauna and steam room are a nice extra. Nice view from the rooftop pool. The staff were helpful and nice. Finn helped me a lot in arranging a ride to the airport.Nothing really.

Very helpful staff and strategic place and great breakfast too.
