The location.Bad service, smell lobby, dirty facilities, broken light but the staff denied to change the room.

The breakfast is quite good. I booked a dorm for work and it met my expectation for a very reasonable price. The staff are also helpful. Good choice anyway.

Great location right next to walking street, and great value for money if travelling as a couple. Bed was extremely comfy which makes an nice change for Vietnam. The gentlemen on front desk Xuan/Juan was very nice.Breakfast was not worth the money, no butter for the toast. Coffee wasn’t great either. Lack of selection for Westerners was an issue. The aircon in the room drips into the Bathroom which gives it this slight damp smell which is fine after a while just hits you in the face when you walk in. But still great value for money considering location/comfort.

Amona is a small hotel well located in the centre of Hue. The room is not very big but clean and confortable. The service is perfect with helpful and always smiling receptionists. Room service is also very nice, tasty breakfast is served every day. Very good quality for the price comparing to other hotels we know.
