Location.Room was okay but very dark

Extremely nice and helpful staff, great tours available much cheaper than elsewhere. Room cleaned every day. Two small bottles of water in the room for free each day we stayed. Very good location. Swimming pool, not the best but ok, at 200m from the hotel. Great food near by and a locat food restaurant run by the same staff just next door. Fan and aircon working very well. We stayed well and we would go back.Nothing too important, just few things I noticed: shower on old bath and no shower curtain present so the water got the whole bathroom wet. No kettle or fridge in the room. One of the 2 beds very hard and some bed sheets with small holes. Fan with a lot of dust on, but the rest of the room was very clean. No lift and rooms up to the 4th floor. Not a problem at all for us anyway.

Very friendly and helpful staff! She informed us about all the activities, where to go for dinner and helped us with the bus to Phong Nha Ke Bang national park. Excellent location near streets with restaurants and bars. Walking distance from the citadel (2km). Could leave our luggage after check out and if we wanted we could even take a shower afterwards.Lobby where we had breakfast was quite hot. The pancakes were not freshly made.

Location is great. It is right in the centre of the city and near to the riverside. Staff are very good and helpful.The family room we booked does not have a window and is not like how it is showed in the photos.

Amazing stay. The staff were so friendly. The beds were SO comfortable. Good aircon. Great showers and water pressure, even hot water. Location was a short tuk tuk drive to the river side. Good value for money.
