Property was really good, location was perfect!We were on the 4th floor and they don’t have a lift!! Didn’t see any reviews about that or in the description. It was fine for myself but my mum and dad struggled!

The beds were really comfy.The room didn’t match the description or the photos. The swimming pool was in a neighbouring hotel which was no apparent from the facilities list provided for the hotel.

Helpful staff and great location. The room was spacious. We had access to the pool which was only a short walk away.Lots of small insects crawling in the bathroom.

Place is located close to restaurants and walking street area so there are plenty of easy options for food and drinks. Staff were nice and friendly. Room was clean. Window had an actual view, which in some hotels in Vietnam is a brick wall 😜.Bed was hard as a rock. Not a comfortable sleep at all. Some people may like rock hard beds though. As I had read reviews where people saying beds were soft and comfortable. Maybe my room was a dud mattress (201). The advertised pool is not at the actual hotel, it’s a fair distance away at another hotel. You are only advised this AFTER you book. Breakfast options were very basic.and going by the white out in the menus, have gotten more basic over time.

Staff lovely, so friendly and helpful. Hotel in a great central location and good value for money.The rooms are basic and a little tired.
