Great breakfast and cozy rooms. Super nice staff!The beds were not super comfortable, although I would stay again. I also wish the spa was available for guests all day, not just 4-7.

The imperial citadel and perfume river are within walk distance. The spa at the hotel is excellent.

Rooms were clean. Wifi was good. The spa service was wonderful and at a discount for guests. The staff went out of their way to help, even booking a train for us to our next destination to make sure we had a berth. They also were not hesitant to oblige when we initial request to change our room. The location was excellent.The balcony was a little small to sit out on and the city view a little plain.

I loved their mineral spa. The hotspring jacuzzi was exceptional! It definitely worth the stay. Room is spacious enough for 1 person, and clean bathroom. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. There are also lots of restaurants and local market nearby. I'll come back for sure if I visit Hue again.You may find higher rank hotel with similar price range. My room was in 5th floor, city view. I'd say it was just okay. It's about 2km walk to the main tourism spot, so it may not be super convenient. Reception is not 24hours, so it might be a bit difficult if you are arriving very late at night or leaving super early (e.g. 4AM) in the morning.
