Location. location, location!
Got an upgrade to best view on arrival, and it was, room over looking Sea. Breakfast has something for everyone, pool area is lovely. You can walk everywhere (and we did). 2 min taxi to Sunworld. River walk across the road, Dragon bridge breathing fire Sat/Sun night all from our hotel.
