Have had a lovely stay here and it's in a great location. Pha has been a lovely host and has been great fun.Nothing all good

We stayed there 3 nights with our three kids aged 7, 7 and 8. We could easily have stayed longer. First of all the staff were very welcoming and did absolutely everything they could for us. We had initially booked room 205 but they let us change to 204 upon arrival which was better to us being a family with kids that usually have to spend the entire evening at the hotel. The location was perfect to us also, we like the vibrant city life and don’t mind a little city noise. The short walking distances around the city center made it easy for us to get around without having to use taxi or other transportation too much. We especially liked the weekend evenings where traffic is blocked at the streets only a few steps away at 6pm and the area becomes a really cosy city center.The only thing that was not perfect at our stay, was the optional breakfast which was below standard. It was definitely not the fault of the staff, they did everything within their power to make this as good as possible with what they had available, but management should reflect on what quality they wish to present to their customers. Other hotels in Vietnam of approx. same standard usually present better options for the breakfast at the same cost. For instance pancakes was on the menu card but unavailable the first days, and even the fairly expensive bread, butter, jam option lacked jam for two days in a row. The third morning things improved significantly, however unless the management heightens the overall breakfast quality at the hotel, we suggest to eat breakfast at the nearby restaurants instead.

The location of the hotel is good to explore the city. Nice restaurants and bars are nearby. The staff is nice.In the bathroom there were some small bugs. Next to the hotel there was a kindergarden and you could here the kids playing very early in the morning. Also you could hear everything through the walls from the neighbor room.

So much more than expected. spotlessly clean and excellent value for money. Well located and very helpful staff who couldn't do enough for us..

They upgraded us to family room for free. It has 3 beds and 2 toilets so it’s very convenient. The location is in the tourist section but the quieter part so it wasn’t noisy. Service is impeccable. They made us choose our breakfast. They helped us booked our tours. They even gave us free Banh my when we asked where to buy it.
