Very central location. Staff very very helpful, they organised an airport pickup for us and facilitated a late check in, as out flight was delayed.There was a damp smell in the bedroom. The only had a small selection of items off the breakfast menu in stock.

I liked everything in this hotel :) The staff was great and so friendly. When we got there eqrly morning after all night spent in the bus, they offered us tea and let us have a shower while we were waiting for the room to be ready. They have arranged for us a private tour to 5 places near Hue (including water park and royal tombs) for a great price with a comfortable car. The second tour was a sightseeing tour to Hoi An with a fantastic tour guide who made sure that we could actually see something despite of heavy rain and storm on the way. I really recommend their tours! Additionally the staff helped us with all our questions with patience and smile, borrowed ua an umbrella, ordered cheap taxi and even helped with the laguage as there was no lift. Thank you guys! The room was perfect, finally soft mattress! There was a hair dryer, kettle, air conditioning and a fan what was perfect for night. We even stayed one additional night.On the afternoon the internet could be stronger, sometimes I had to use the mobile internet instead to load or send photos. Also, it would be good to display at the reception information about breakfast that can be ordered extra, as it is convenient and has a fair price.
