Tran Thi Ly Bridge

Tran Thi Ly Bridge Da Nang has a total length of 731m, located across the Han River upstream. Not far from Tran Thi Ly Bridge, about 2km are Dragon Bridge Da Nang and Love Bridge Da Nang. These are also two bridges with unique architecture, attracting many tourists to visit and check-in.

Tran Thi Ly Bridge in Da Nang is a railway bridge built by the French in 1950 with the original name De Lattre de Tassigny. By 1955, all streets bearing French names in Da Nang were changed to pure Vietnamese names. Therefore, this unique bridge across the Han River in Da Nang was also renamed Trinh Minh The bridge. 

In April 2019, Da Nang started rebuilding the bridge at a location parallel to the legendary Nguyen Van Troi Bridge and named after the resilient revolutionary activist Tran Thi Ly. The bridge was inaugurated on March 29, 2013 with the task of trade, connecting the two banks of the Han River.

This structure helps the bridge look like a sail stretching out to the big sea, carrying the development aspirations of Da Nang people.
