Exceptional
The first impression is that the receptionist is very cheerful and polite. I only booked a normal room but he upgraded me to an apartment room for free. Everything in the room is very clean and complete, with a balcony overlooking the city. This will be a good choice when coming to DN, wish the hotel all the best for the new year.
