Comfortable, clean and convenient
The location was very good for the beach and not too far from the centre of town too. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, most spoke good English too. We booked a couple of tours and I hired a motorbike, all of which they organised very easily.The breakfast! Not enough options for westerners, a very Asian based breakfast! Also not much on offer for a vegetarian - except salad, and I don't really want salad for breakfast!! Not enough choices of fruit when they had many varieties on display but not on offer! Also the pool was disappointing, it was more of a plunge pool or kids pool :-(

Nice stay, lovely staff
Staff was very helpful, always happy to help and with a smile especially Tim and Kelly. Room nicely decorated as we were there for our honeymoon. Great location, near the beach and also close the famous bridges.Breakfast was ok but could have done with more veggie options as pretty much all the hot plates had meat in it. Bathroom was nice but needed a bit renovation as water everywhere after a shower.

Exceptional
Really good hospitality service minded of staffs. Every body were helpful from bellboy, front , waitresses to manager. They took care of us very well. Kelly , Front manager is really nice and friendly. Very impressed! For sure we will recommend this hotel and we will come back again.
